BMS / HVAC Control
Building management (BMS) and energy monitoring (EMS) on Honeywell DDC cabinets.
At the workshop on 20 September 2024, CAD and Honeywell announced CAD as Honeywell’s authorised Building Automation distributor in Vietnam. In March 2025 CAD completed the supply, configuration and handover of a BMS and EMS for the Regza (Hisense) plant, built on Honeywell DDC control cabinets with central supervision software.
Scope
- Honeywell DDC cabinets for data acquisition, signal processing and local control; field devices connected over BACnet/Modbus
- Central monitoring and control of HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, chillers), lighting, elevators, security, fire protection and valves
- Real-time floor-plan screens, role-based access, event logging and alarms when a fault occurs
- EMS: electricity monitoring from switchboards and meters, comparison by area or shift, trend analysis and PDF/Excel reports
