Privacy policy
Summary. When you send a contact or quote form on cad.vn, CAD Supply Co., Ltd. (“CAD”) collects your name, phone number, email, company and message in order to reply to you. The website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Cloudflare to speed up and protect it. CAD does not sell personal data. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or lodge a complaint at any time via info@cads.vn or hotline 0917.414.008.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is CAD Supply Co., Ltd. (“CAD”), a distributor of industrial equipment and automation, which operates cad.vn.

2. What we collect
What you give us when you send a contact or quote form:
- full name, phone number, email;
- company / plant (if you fill it in) and the topic you choose;
- your message and the product you are interested in.
Recorded automatically with your request, and while you browse the website:
- the page you sent the form from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link;
- a shortened IP address (last part removed) and your browser’s user agent;
- usage data collected by analytics tools through cookies (section 6): pages viewed, time, device, approximate region, mouse movement and scrolling.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you, advise you and send quotes you ask for;
- customer service and technical support after you contact us;
- to measure and improve the content, speed and experience of the website;
- to protect the website from spam and abnormal traffic.
We only process data for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Our basis for processing
We process the data in the form based on your consent (the checkbox just above the send button) and to act on the request you make. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Who receives the data, and transfers abroad
Your request is stored in the website’s admin area and handled by CAD’s sales team. Only the CAD staff who need it have access.
The website uses the services below. Their servers may be located outside Vietnam, so website usage data (not the content of your form) may be processed abroad:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager; Google Maps only when you choose to load the map on the Contact page);
- Cloudflare (content delivery network and security).
Apart from the above and lawful requests from competent authorities, we do not share your personal data with third parties.
6. Cookies and analytics tools
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website sets no login or shopping-cart cookies for visitors, and Cloudflare sets no cookies in your browser. The cookies currently in use (all set by Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager):

Google Analytics asks for a longer lifetime, but current browsers cap it at 400 days. Event data in Google Analytics is kept for at most 14 months. If you choose to load the Google Map on the Contact page, Google may set its own additional cookies. Cookie lifetimes may change under each provider’s own policy.
How to opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings (the site still works; some statistics will not include you), or install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your request for 24 months after the last contact or update, after which the website deletes it permanently and automatically. You may ask for earlier deletion (section 8). Data is kept longer only where the law or a contract between us requires it (for example accounting records of an order).
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 you have the right to:
- be informed of and access the data of yours that we process;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete data or restrict its processing;
- withdraw the consent you gave;
- object to the processing of your data where the law allows;
- lodge a complaint or ask a competent authority to resolve a dispute.
How to exercise them: email info@cads.vn or call hotline 0917.414.008, state your request and the details you used when contacting us (email or phone number) so we can verify you. We will respond within the period set by law. Some data may have to be retained where the law requires it.
9. Security
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS, the admin area requires authentication and limits failed logins, and only authorised staff can view customer requests. No system is perfectly secure; if we find an incident affecting your data we will handle and notify it as required by law.
10. Legal basis and changes to this policy
This policy is prepared under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective from 1 January 2026) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP detailing its implementation, together with related regulations. When the rules or the way we process data change, we will update this page and state the new effective date. The Vietnamese version is the authoritative text.
