Gas detectors, flame detectors and fire alarm: survey, installation, calibration and operator training.
CAD is Honeywell’s authorised gas-safety distributor, alongside brands such as Crowcon, Micropack and New Cosmos. A recent project: an oxygen gas detection system at the Henkel plant in Bien Hoa (16 April 2025) — a TouchPoint Plus controller with an XCL sensor 30 m away, alarming by buzzer, beacon and digital display when the threshold is exceeded; CAD advised, supplied, installed, calibrated and trained the plant’s technical team.
Scope
- Fixed and portable gas detectors: flammable, toxic and oxygen
- UV/IR flame detectors and optical gas imaging (OGI) cameras for methane leaks
- Smoke, heat and CO detectors, central fire alarm panels and aspirating smoke detection for data centres
- Configuration advice, installation, alarm threshold setting and handover
- Scheduled calibration of gas detectors to the manufacturer’s procedures
