The datasheet also lists Ø40 and Ø50 dials, but this page lists Refs for Ø63, Ø80 and Ø100 only; contact CAD for other sizes or ranges other than 0/+120°C.
Difference from TB1101AL and TB1102AL
- Shape: TC7100 is a round dial (Ø40-100 mm) with a brass back sensing bulb; TB1101AL and TB1102AL are glass-tube thermometers in an aluminium body with an in-line or right-angle sensing bulb (straight / angle type).
- Working conditions: TC7100 withstands a maximum pressure of 6 bar with ranges up to +200°C; TB1101AL states 16 bar and +160°C, TB1102AL states neither.
- Case: black ABS or aluminium (datasheet); BSP thread 3/8″ for Ø40 and 1/2″ for the other sizes, whereas both TB codes have a 1/2″ thread.
