Tecofi DI7240N Flexible Rubber Connector
DI7240N is a Tecofi (France) rubber expansion joint with swivel flanges: EPDM bellows, zinc plated carbon steel flanges, DN32 to DN600, for hot and cold water. This page covers DI7240N only; DI7240A-EA has the same swivel-flange design but ACS EPDM bellows and different working pressure and PN rating in its datasheet.

Difference from DI7240A-EA
- Bellows material: DI7240N uses EPDM; DI7240A-EA uses ACS EPDM (stated in that code’s datasheet).
- PN rating: DI7240N is PN10/16 from DN32 to DN150 and PN10 from DN200 to DN600; DI7240A-EA is PN10/16 from DN32 to DN150 and PN16 from DN200 to DN600.
- Dimensions: length L, flange outer diameter ØD and the Lc / Le / Li / A values are the same for both codes; flange thickness b differs at every DN, ØK differs from DN250, the bolt hole count and diameter differ at some DNs, and so do the weights (for example DN100: 7.00 kg vs 7.1 kg; DN600: 68.00 kg vs 79.8 kg).
- Pressure / temperature: DI7240N is described by a temperature-pressure chart; the DI7240A-EA datasheet states a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of -30°C / +120°C with its own chart.
