How do I choose the TEA-xx-N24 actuator by torque?
The TEA-05, TEA-10, TEA-20, TEA-40 and TEA-60 deliver 50, 100, 200, 400 and 600 Nm respectively. The table on this page assigns the type by valve size for the VPG (ΔP 16 bar) or VP PN25 (ΔP 25 bar) valves; send the valve size and ΔP and CAD will advise.
Which valves is the TEA-xx-N24 for?
Quarter-turn valves such as butterfly and ball valves. The mounting flange is ISO 5211: F05/F07 for the TEA-05 and TEA-10, and F07/F10 for the TEA-20, TEA-40 and TEA-60. For example the BS3242 ball valve also has an ISO 5211 pad.
