Gas meters
A gas meter measures the volume of gas flowing in a pipe to record consumption. Turbine meters suit medium to high flows; a volume corrector converts the reading to standard conditions using actual pressure and temperature.
- Turbine meters for plants, boilers and gas supply stations
- Volume correctors compensating for pressure and temperature
- Select by min/max flow, pressure and pipe size
- Provide straight pipe runs upstream and downstream

Why use a volume corrector?
Gas volume changes with pressure and temperature; it must be converted to standard conditions for correct billing.
Do turbine meters need straight pipe?
Yes, it stabilises the flow and improves accuracy.
