VPE4509-08EP is a Tecofi (France) flanged butterfly valve of the Teclarge FL VPE range: ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG40) body, 316 stainless steel disc (CF8M), Heat EPDM seat, operated by a handwheel gearbox whose ISO 5210 output plate takes multiturn electric actuators. Size range DN350–DN1200, maximum working pressure 10 bar, working temperature -15°C / +130°C (peak -30°C / +150°C).

How does VPE4509-08EP differ from VPE4549-08EP?

VPE4509-08EP has a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (PN10 flanges) while VPE4549-08EP is rated 16 bar (PN16). The body / seat test pressure is 15 / 11 bar for VPE4509-08EP and 24 / 17.6 bar for VPE4549-08EP. Body, disc (stainless steel disc), seat (Heat EPDM), handwheel gearbox and working temperature are the same.
